|Recommended: YesLuxor-y Living — It truly feels like a luxury lifestyle apartment Everything is modern, new and up to date. Any problems if at all get resolved quickly and kindly Maintenance is always around keeping the grounds clean. Very dog friendly Sarah and Tim host a few events a month to gather and socialize with other residents. My favorite feature is the quick walk over to the riverfront I’ve always wanted to live by a riverfront and this definitely satisfies that, without the crowds and chaos of living right on the river.

|Recommended: YesBest Property Managers and Amazing Amenities — I’ve only been here for less than a month, but I can already say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in Sarah and Tim, the property managers, are by far the best I’ve ever worked with. They made my move-in process as easy as possible, especially since I was moving from Virginia. The amenities are outstanding, and the community events they host are always a fun time. Overall, I’m extremely impressed and grateful for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live

From the moment I walked in, the leasing manager, Sarah, made me feel right at home. She quickly found me an apartment that perfectly fit my needs. While I was in the leasing office, I overheard Sarah greet other residents, and it was clear how much they loved living there—everyone had glowing feedback
Beyond the incredible staff, the building itself is top-notch. It’s well-maintained, spotless, and packed with amenities that make living here feel like a luxury. My friends who live in other buildings are always eager to hang out at Luxor because it’s that impressive The maintenance team is also fantastic—my only maintenance request was handled the same day, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
I love this place so much that after only living here a month I referred it to a friend and they moved in too. And they love it.
Another standout feature is the sense of community. The residents are warm and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. Plus, Luxor hosts monthly events that provide great opportunities to connect with neighbors.
